  • Strict No Return/No Exchange
    Due to the nature of our boutique products (custom sizing, embroidery, designer wear, and limited collections), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
    Customers are requested to carefully review product details, size charts, and customization notes before confirming the purchase.

  • Order Cancellation

    • Ready-to-wear products: Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • Customized/Made-to-order products: No cancellations allowed once processing begins.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds
    Ankshi Boutique maintains a no refund policy on all confirmed orders.
    Payments once made cannot be reversed, except in rare cases of:

    • Order not delivered within 45 days of the promised timeline.

    • Wrong product shipped (completely different from the order placed).

    • Damaged product received (must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Refund Method
    If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Cases

    • Color or design variation due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution.

    • Minor embroidery/finishing differences typical of handcrafted products.

    • Delay due to courier/customs issues.
